Return Policy

  • Any product which is customized in any way as per customer requirement is not eligible for refund or exchange. However, if customization is not done according to the customer than only it will be eligible for refund.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product you can return the product in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product and you will be refunded 100% of the amount.
  • Changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging on the product is not eligible for refund or return.
  • 2 years warranty terms from the date of purchase for defects on the product itself.
